MADERA s.r.o was founded by Oldrich & Hana Madera in Brno, the Czech Republic in 1992. Power Engineering has been its core business since inception. 

In recent years the company has extended its range of activities to include electrical services for the construction sector and industry. In 2007 the Madera Group Print & Copy Center was set up in Rosice, Czech Republic.
